Speech-Language Pathologist
Redka Behavior Services, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals working out of our Williamsport office. The Speech/Language Pathologist will provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment to clients with speech/language difficulties or delayed development. The qualified candidate will work independently in center-based settings, other service provider environments, and daycare programs.
Screen and evaluate students with language difficulties or delayed development.
Provide speech and language services in accordance with the patient’s POC.
Participate as part of the multi-disciplinary team in reviewing qualifications of patients with speech and language needs or delayed development working with our other therapists.
Data collection and documentation; maintain records according to policy and procedure
Collaborate and debrief with relevant stakeholders
Prepare and present case presentations, results, and outcomes of the program
Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
Being kind and courteous to all patients and facility staff
Keeping a teamwork approach

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology, or a related field from an accredited university or college program.
Active PA SLP License in good standing
Minimum experience: None Required. Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain state and federal clearances (i.e. PA Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprint)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing.
Must be able to lift, carry, bend, squat, crawl, reach, and kneel using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time.
Must possess sight and hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this job can be fully met.
Must possess the physical abilities or prosthetics that will enable the physical ability to function adequately so that the demands of this job can be fully met.
Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability in order to cope with possible mental, emotional, and physical stresses of this position.
