Yes, everything you discuss in a therapy session will be considered confidential. Our therapists adhere to HIPPA confidentiality protocols. By law, the therapist is required to report threats of harm to oneself or others as well as suspected child or elder abuse.

How many sessions will I need to attend?

You and your therapist will work together to develop a treatment plan and schedule of sessions that best meets your needs.

What is the cost of therapy?

RBS accepts most commercial insurance plans. Our staff will work with you and your insurance company on a schedule and payment plan for therapy sessions.

No Surprise Act

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Your health care provider should provide you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 3 business day before your medical service or item.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
